About me

As a qualified and well-experienced secondary school teacher and mother of two little boys, I believe that all children should be provided with the tools to allow them to fulfil their potential. I began teaching languages full-time in UK schools in 2004 and prior to that I lived in France and Spain working as a translator, interpreter and teacher of English for five years. My qualifications also include a Masters in Translation and Linguistics, and a joint honours degree in French and Hispanic studies. My experience of living abroad served to fuel my passion for the country, culture and language and gave me a profound desire to help others do the same.
